Marriott Vacations Worldwide is hiring a Cook to join our team. You will assist in preparing meals and delivering guest experiences in a welcoming, service-oriented environment at our MVW resort.

The role requires adaptability to various shifts, attention to HACCP guidelines, and a commitment to quality guest service. Eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus and a福利-rich benefits package.

Hourly Rate: $35.14

Hourly Wage: $35.14

Job Status: Casual (0-19 / hours per week)

$500 SIGN ON BONUS

This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates, college programs, rehires and managers are excluded. Payments are in $250 increments at 30 and 90 days, paid on the following paycheck. If eligible, you must be actively employed and actively performing services for the Company on the applicable eligibility date at the time the payment is made.

As a Cook, a typical day will include:

• Operates ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of company food safety programs.
• Cooks all potentially hazardous food to correct temperatures following HACCP guidelines.
• Follows all food safety and handling policies and procedures.
• Sets up and breaks down workstation with required tools, equipment, or supplies.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Cook at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
