Job summary

The Arbor Company in Naperville, IL is hiring a Cook dedicated to preparing meals that meet established recipes, diet modifications, and menu cycles. You’ll contribute to a supportive dining program that centers residents and teamwork.

You’ll handle food stock deliveries, rotate products, and maintain regulatory logs while upholding cleanliness and safety standards in daily operations. Excellent communication with the Dining Director is expected to ensure smooth prep, production, and service

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or training, or restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen basics, sanitation, food handling, portion control, and cooking procedures.
• Previous experience with special diets and long-term care is preferred.
• Previous experience with large batch cooking (100 people).
