The Pines at Placerville Health Care Center in Placerville, CA is seeking a Full-Time Cook to join our warm culinary team. You will prepare high-quality meals for residents, follow menus and dietary guidelines, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals for residents in large quantities.
• Follow established menus, portion guides, and dietary requirements.
• Record and maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep the kitchen organized and compliant with regulations.
• Assist training dietary staff and support teamwork.
• Take charge of kitchen operations in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.
• Ensure appealing presentation of meals and a clean dining environment.
