ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is hiring a Cook to prepare meals for multiple service periods and catered events. You will follow production sheets, assist with prep, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen while meeting client standards.

The role requires at least one year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education, and the ability to work with large culinary equipment in a fast-paced environment. Benefits and a standard schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education.
• Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness and safety per guidelines.
• Operate large-volume culinary equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clock in/out at start, breaks, and end of day.
• Follow HACCP and government regulations for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill prep lists and food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Ensure high quality service in line with client standards and ISS/Guckenheimer policies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment as required.
• Notify management of ingredient or equipment issues and discrepancies.
• Attend daily meetings and perform duties as assigned.

The hourly pay range for this position is $25 per hour - $25 per hour.Work HoursThe work hours for this position are approximately 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Mon-Fri .Key PurposeThe Cook will accurately and efficiently fulfill prep lists, tasks, and food preparation for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events.
