Job summary

ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking a full-time Cook to accurately fulfill prep lists, assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner and special events. The role requires safe handling of large equipment, attention to HACCP and health guidelines, and adherence to client standards.

You will work Mon-Fri, 5:30 am - 1:30 pm, clocking in/out, and ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional cooking experience or equivalent education.
• Basic knowledge of cooking and prep techniques.
• Ability to work safely with large volume culinary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clock in and out for workday and breaks.
• Prepare food following production sheets and recipes.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Notify management of ingredient discrepancies or safety concerns.
• Attend all meetings of the day.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Key PurposeThe Cook will accurately and efficiently fulfill prep lists, tasks, and food preparation for various meal periods to include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but ISS/Guckenheimer may identify additional responsibilities of the position.
