Job summary

ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is hiring a Cook in Midland, TX for full-time hours. You will prepare meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events, following production sheets and HACCP standards to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires at least 1 year of cooking experience or equivalent training, plus ability to safely operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment. Shifts typically 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional cooking experience or education equivalent.
• Kitchen organization and cleanliness to provide a safe work environment.
• Ability to work with large-volume culinary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clock in and out for workday and breaks.
• Prepare and execute NetMenu recipe items as directed.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following safety rules.
• Follow food safety guidelines and SOPs daily.
• Attend daily meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
