Job summary

The Avenue at North Ridgeville is a Post-Hospital Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Care Facility seeking a cheerful, friendly dietary aide to assist with meals, supervise dietary aides, and support kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include meal prep per menu, monitor temperatures, complete cleaning, record temperatures, and provide customer service within a team setting.

Qualifications

• Good reading, reading comprehension and writing skills are necessary.
• Customer Service skills & the ability to work on a team is a MUST!

• Opening/closing the kitchen and turning on/off equipment
• Completing daily cleaning assignments per the cleaning schedule
• Recording meal temperatures
• Recording refrigeration and freezer temperatures
• Preparing supplements and special items for trays
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the Dietary Manager
• Customer Service skills & the ability to work on a team is a MUST!
