Job summary

Avenue at Broadview Heights is seeking a friendly, dependable Dietary Aide to join our dietary team and help make mealtimes something our residents look forward to every day. You’ll be part of a welcoming, hotel‑like environment dedicated to comfort, dignity, and healing.

You’ll assist with meal setup, service, cleaning, and restocking while standing and moving in a fast‑paced kitchen. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and a calm, collaborative approach under caring leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout shift.
• Manual dexterity for handling kitchen tools.
• Tolerance for heat, steam, and cold in kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and restock drink and hospitality carts.
• Assist with meal setup and delivery.
• Wash dishes and clean kitchen areas.
• Set up and clean dining room tables.
• Support stock organization and trash removal.
• Complete daily cleaning assignments.
• Sweep and mop kitchen before shift ends.
