Job summary

St. Monica Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking a dedicated cook to provide nutritious meals for residents in a 180-bed facility.

You will oversee kitchen staff, review menus, and ensure dietary procedures are followed while preparing meals in line with planned menus and therapeutic diets. Responsibilities include large-quantity cooking, adherence to sanitary regulations, infection control, and collaboration with the team to support short-term rehab and long-term memory care

Qualifications

• MUST have experience in food preparation in a skilled nursing facility or hospital.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Our 180-bed facility, provides a warm and caring environment for short-term rehab patients, and long- term residents including memory care. Our team of seasoned staff work together to offer excellent service and care to each resident. As the cook, you will be responsible for preparing food for our residents.
