Job summary

Hyatt Centric Park City is seeking a Cook to join our culinary team in Park City, Utah. You will play a key role in preparing dishes for our restaurant outlets, banquets, and special events, delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.

You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen, learn proper culinary techniques, sanitation standards, and teamwork, with opportunities for professional growth within Hyatt’s hospitality family.

Qualifications

• Must have refined verbal communication skills.
• Prior line cook experience preferred (1 year).
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Candidate should be able to work single kitchen station.
• Strong desire to satisfy guests and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes for restaurant outlets, banquets, and events.
• Maintain sanitation practices and proper culinary techniques.
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership and team to deliver meals.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction through consistent quality.
