- Takes care of hospital equipment and reports any equipment that is not working properly or is unsafe.

QualificationsRequired:- Possesses good cooking skills with restaurant or institutional background.
- Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive demeanor.
- Works well with others.
- Ability to read and write.
- Ability to calculate ingredient amounts when adjusting recipes.
- Ability to interpret written instructions and follow oral instructions.
- Completes Food Services Sanitation class or inservice.
Preferred:- Previous food service and major equipment operation experience.
Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
