The line positions include: Window, Grill, Salad, and Fry. Responsibilities involve preparing station-specific products, maintaining accurate product temperatures, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment, and performing all food procedures correctly. The role also requires ensuring kitchen equipment functions properly, assembling ingredients per menu specifications, and working quickly and efficiently. Familiarity with new menu items and specials is also necessary.
