Job summary

Danbury Senior Living in North Canton, OH is seeking a Prep Cook (Dietary Cook) for a full-time role. Cooks prepare appetizers, meals, desserts, snacks, and special events foods under the direction of the Executive Chef, assist in serving meals, and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

The ideal candidate has two-year cook or dietary experience; senior living or nursing facility experience is helpful but not required.

• Senior living facility experience is helpful but not required.
• A great outlook, cheerful disposition, patience, and love of seniors are a must.

Responsibilities

• The Cook prepares appetizers, meals, desserts, snacks, and special events foods under the direction of the Executive Chef; also assists in serving meals as necessary and performs other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
