Job summary

Sunrise At Orchard is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals that support residents’ health and enjoyment in a safe, clean kitchen. You will follow standardized recipes, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with dietary modifications.

The role requires maintaining records of production quantities and temperatures, stocking and organizing storage, and supporting dining service as needed. If safety and teamwork drive you, join our caring Sunrise team.

• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
• You help create an enjoyable dining experience while ensuring safety and compliance.
