Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Cook to prepare meals that support residents’ health and enjoyment in a safe, clean kitchen. You will follow standardized recipes, monitor food quality, and accommodate dietary modifications.

You will record production, maintain temperatures and sanitation standards, stock and rotate inventory, and assist with dishwashing and dining service as needed. Opportunity to lead in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
