The Eliza Jane Hotel in New Orleans is seeking an experienced line cook to set up workstations, prepare ingredients and recipes, and maintain kitchen safety. You will contribute to a high-quality culinary experience that connects guests to the local environment by showcasing unique ingredients and flavors.

Candidates should have 3+ years of professional cooking experience, familiarity with commercial restaurant equipment, and strong communication with front and back of house.

Requested Capabilities

• At least 3+ years of related professional cooking experience
• Experience with commercial restaurant cooking equipment
• Ability to follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures
• Culinary degree or related restaurant experience is preferred
• Great communication skills with both front and back of the house
• Handle a fast-paced cooking environment with ease
