MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Iowa needs a dedicated food service team member to support daily patient meals and catering operations. You will work with cooks to prepare and deliver meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met and meals are served promptly.
The role involves preparing entrees, soups, hot foods and baked goods for patients, staff, physicians, visitors and catered events, while upholding cleanliness and safety standards. Shifts vary to cover hospital operation hours.

Works as a team member with one or more cooks in the daily operations of the department for patient and employee food service. Responsible for preparation and delivery of all meals to patients including regular and therapeutic diets. Responsible for general departmental sanitation. Responsible for preparation of all entrees, soups, hot food, and all baked goods for all service points including patients, staff, physicians, visitors and catering.
