Cotton Culinary is seeking an experienced Cook to lead meal execution for large-scale events nationwide. You will be hands-on in the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while ensuring on-time service and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3-5 years of commercial cooking experience, formal culinary training or certifications, and a willingness to travel. Strong organizational skills and team leadership are essential in a fast-paced banqueting environment.

• Inventory Reporting: Provide input on inventory, storage, and rotation of ingredients, ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients during events, providing excellent service and resolving issues in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
• Ability and availability to travel nationwide.

• Expert knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and efficient kitchen.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships and handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency with commercial kitchen equipment and experience in maintaining food safety standards.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and adapt to the physical demands of the job.
