Birnam Wood Golf Club in Montecito, CA is seeking a full-time prep cook to support the Executive Chef by preparing meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables according to standard recipes and the daily prep list.

You will set up stations, coordinate with kitchen staff, monitor stock, handle leftovers properly and keep work areas clean. A high school diploma or GED plus culinary coursework and food safety certification are preferred, with two years of kitchen experience.
