Job summary

First Watch in Mission, KS is hiring Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and are passionate about quality food. We offer no night shifts and a culture that puts people first, with chef-curated menus and plenty of support to help you succeed.

As part of our Back-of-the-House team, you will follow detailed recipes, work closely with peers, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while delivering a great guest experience at breakfast, brunch, or lunch service.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is helpful.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.
• Strong teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
