First Watch is seeking cooks in a fast-paced, breakfast-lane setting with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction. The team is led by a people-first culture that avoids night shifts and supports employees' growth and well-being.

You will train in a station based on comfort and skills, delivering high-quality meals with care. Candidates should communicate well, work collaboratively, and follow recipes precisely while maintaining a clean work area and safe food handling practices.

About The Position

Our Back-of-the-House team members have a mutual respect for quality food, and they perform their responsibilities as if placing a personal signature on every plate. Newly hired cooks will train in a specific station based on their comfort level & innate skill. In other words, you don’t need to master the art of flipping an egg to work at First Watch (unless you want to!)
