Job summary

Complete Care at Meriden in Meriden, CT is hiring a Cook to join our healthcare dining team. The 11 PM–7 AM shift offers every-other-weekend scheduling in a recently renovated facility. We emphasize high-quality meals served with compassion to our residents and patients.

You will prepare meals according to menus and approved recipes, ensure proper serving temperatures, and maintain health, sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook in a nursing and rehabilitation facility preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to operate institutional kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of quantity cooking.
