Your Job: The Cook assembles patient meal trays according to specified diet orders. You will be responsible for set up, breakdown, and sanitation of food and non-food items for Methodist Food Services. The Cook will prepare hot food items for patients, employees, and visitors while ensuring meals are consistent and of high quality. Responsibilities include preparing meals for patients, staff, visitors, and catering events, all while adhering to infection control standards, safety standards, and food handling principles.
