Responsibilities

• Assist with dietary needs and special meal requests for residents
• Prepare meals according to the menu plan and assist with serving
• Maintain cleanliness of production and service areas
• Inspect work and storage areas to meet food safety standards and regulations
• Follow safe work procedures, including injury prevention, food safety, and infection control
• Label and date all food items properly
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a commercial restaurant setting
• Ability to provide high-level culinary service and professional interaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with organization, flexibility, and self-motivation
