Edgewood Healthcare is seeking a courteous Cook to prepare meals for residents and staff in a warm, community setting. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality dining experience across our Mandan, ND kitchens, following established menus and recipes with attention to safety and portion control.

Formación

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Active ServSafe Certification preferred; training provided.
• Willingness to train new employees and learn.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare meals for residents, staff, and guests per menus/recipes.
• Assist with planning and prepping meals for events.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining room.
• Help achieve budget goals, manage inventory, and control production.
• Follow HIPAA and all Edgewood policies.

As a Cook at Edgewood, you’ll prepare meals and provide an outstanding dining experience for the most amazing folks on the planet - our residents!

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals for our residents, staff, and guests based on company-established menus and recipes
• Help plan and meal prep for resident and employee special events
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and dining room
• Assist with achieving budget goals, inventory management, and production control
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience, desired
• Active ServSafe Certification, desired Edgewood will provide any required training and certification
• Passion and drive for helping others
• Willingness to train new employees
• A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset
