Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents while upholding a safe, clean, and organized kitchen. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure nutrition and dietary needs are met, and support dining services when needed.

The role emphasizes accurate production records, food safety, and the ability to step in for the Dining Services Coordinator as required, contributing to a positive resident dining experience.

• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
