Job Summary

To produce and maintain the quality of menu items assigned to your station according to the company's menu recipes and specifications. To ensure the company's safety, sanitation, and food standards are met according to recipes, procedures, quality, and timeliness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a brisk, steady pace; stay organized and efficient.
  • Adhere to recipes 100%, including prepping and assisting with production steps.
  • Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards for portion control.
  • Keep the kitchen and equipment clean; practice "clean as you go".
  • Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Organize supplies proactively before busy periods.
  • Work effectively as part of a team.
  • Maintain a safe work environment following OSHA guidelines.
  • Handle food safely, including receiving, rotating, and stocking.
  • Support food prep as needed.
