First Atlantic Healthcare is seeking a Cook in Lewiston, ME. The role offers $17.50 per hour with shifts from 6am to 1:15pm, 26 hours per week, and every other weekend required. Training is available for the right candidate, and weekend coverage is part of the schedule.

The cook will review menus, prepare and serve foods, and coordinate with other departments to ensure dietary accuracy and timely service. Experience in food service and strong communication skills are required.

Formación

• Two years related food service experience.
• Leadership: position may need leadership skills and experience, if supervising staff.
• Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.

• General cleaning up of kitchen
• Dispose of food and waste in accordance with established policies

• Assure that food and supplies for the meal are readily available
