Job summary

Pomeroy Living is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our All-Star Culinary team in Michigan. You will lead the kitchen, supervise the dietary department in the absence of the Chef, and ensure meals meet quality, presentation, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing all served food, planning production to align with serving hours, following recipes and special diet orders, and maintaining sanitation and safe operation of kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cooking or culinary arts.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in teams.
