Job summary

Pomeroy Living is seeking a Cook to lead our kitchen and supervise the dietary department in the Chef's absence. You will prepare meals for our residents with pride in quality, presentation and satisfaction.

You will work within a team to plan and execute meals, follow recipes, and ensure sanitation standards are met in a fast-paced residential care setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in teams.
