Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an experienced cook for our Keyser, WV location to join a fast-paced kitchen team serving the WVU Potomac State College community. You will prepare meals, ensure quality and portion control, present dishes creatively, and store ingredients properly while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of high-volume kitchen experience, customer service skills, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• 1+ year culinary experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and tools as well as identify and differentiate food items.

Must-haves:
