Job summary

Trustwell Living at Blanchard Place in Ohio is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare meals for residents and guests, follow recipes, and work with others to ensure portions, presentation, and safety.

The role requires you to read and execute recipes, communicate clearly, and adapt to flexible shifts while supporting a care-focused environment. We offer full benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) match for full-time staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience and/or knowledge of meal preparation for large groups. Ability to read and understand recipes, work in a team environment, work flexible shifts, handle multiple tasks at one time, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner for residents.
• Must enjoy working with the elderly and all who associate with them. Must be able to interact with residents who are highly susceptible to common illnesses without exposing them to additional health risks.
