Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Jasper, Indiana is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality meals for residents, following safety and sanitation standards and contributing to a positive dining experience.

You will support the Food Service Manager with inventory and ordering, set up service stations, supervise staff when needed, and ensure cleanliness and food safety in a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1–2 years cooking experience preferred.
  • Ability to follow established safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare scratch-made meals for residents according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
  • Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
  • Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
  • Supervise and support dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
  • Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
  • Prepare and stock snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
  • Use technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience.

Position Overview

As a Cook you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high‑quality meals that support the health and well‑being of residents. You will ensure all food is prepared according to established safety and sanitation standards while creating a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize technology and computerized systems to efficiently and safely create a great dining experience for our residents and families.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years similar cooking experience preferred.
