OverviewPerforms daily kitchen duties to maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment while providing quality service to patients, residents, customers, and partners. Prepares and portions food according to menus, orders, dietary requirements, and standardized recipes while ensuring meals are appetizing, properly stored, labeled, and dated.
