Job summary

Oakmont Management Group in Huntington Beach is seeking a line cook for our full scratch kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a warm, resident-focused dining experience.

You will work on the line, maintain food quality, and collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and exceptional food experiences for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant.
• 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station.
• Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff.
• Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear PPE to prevent spread of diseases.
