• Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service
• Help with opening/closing tasks and light cleaning

Responsabilidades

• Preparar ingredientes diariamente (cortar, porcionar, hacer salsas, etc.)
• Cocinar y montar platos de manera consistente según los estándares
• Manejar una estación (pasta, sauté, parrilla, etc.) y sacar tickets con rapidez
• Mantener la estación limpia, organizada y abastecida en todo momento
• Cumplir con normas de seguridad e higiene alimentaria
• Comunicarse claramente con el equipo durante el servicio
• Apoyar en apertura/cierre y tareas básicas de limpieza

Habilidades

• Conocimiento básico de cuchillos y cocina
• Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente rápido y de alto volumen
• Atención al detalle en porciones y presentación
