Job summary

Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Cook to support our resort kitchen team, preparing meals and maintaining HACCP standards in a luxury setting.

You will operate ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers; ensure safe food temperatures; greet guests and collaborate with colleagues; and adapt to varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.

• Follows all food safety and handling policies and procedures.
• Sets up and breaks down workstation with required tools, equipment, or supplies.

As a Cook, a typical day will include:

To Become a Cook at AAH:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
