Job summary

SLANG N PLATEZ LLC ATL in Georgia is seeking a reliable, hardworking Cook to join our kitchen team. The role is part-time with evening shifts, focusing on fast-paced line work, prep, and quality food preparation.

You will prep, cook, and plate orders, maintain a clean station, and follow safety SOPs. Training is available, and daily pay is offered to support your schedule and growth within a rising brand.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation with punctuality.
• Kitchen/line cook experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and operate kitchen equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food orders quickly, in accordance with company recipes and SOPs.
• Execute daily kitchen prep, station setup, and breakdown.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace at all times.
• Follow all food safety, proper storage, and handling procedures.
• Work smoothly with the team to ensure fast ticket times during dinner runs.

SLANG N PLATEZ is looking for a reliable, hard-working Cook to join our kitchen team. We bring bold flavors and high energy, and we need someone on the line who knows how to move, prep, clean, and keep quality top-tier. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!

What You’ll Do:

Schedule: Part-Time (3 to 5 days per week depending on schedule/events)

Shift Hours:

• Tuesday & Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Prepare and cook food orders quickly, in accordance with company recipes and SOPs.
• Execute daily kitchen prep, station setup, and breakdown.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace at all times.
• Follow all food safety, proper storage, and handling procedures.
• Work smoothly with the team to ensure fast ticket times during dinner runs.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION (Punctuality is non-negotiable).
