Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our dining team and support nutritious, appetizing meals for our residents. You will collaborate with the Dining Services Manager on ordering, prep, and delivery, while ensuring kitchen cleanliness and safety.

You will help maintain supplies, serve residents and staff with courtesy, and follow state regulations for food handling. This full-time role supports our mission of dignified, compassionate senior living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and training as required by State regulations.
• Six (6) months’ prior experience in a food service department preferred.
• Previous experience working with the elderly is a plus.

• As a Cook, you will work closely with the Dining Services Manager.
• You will be responsible for the Community’s food ordering, preparation, and delivery.
• Kitchen sanitation, maintaining supplies and equipment, and providing excellent customer service to residents and staff.
