Sky Dine Colorado is seeking a motivated cook to join our kitchen team at Eagle County Regional Airport. In a fast-paced environment you will prepare ingredients, follow recipes, and maintain food safety and cleanliness.

You’ll work with a collaborative team to deliver delicious meals, monitor freshness, label and stock ingredients, and ensure consistent presentation and quality for our guests. We offer benefits, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities.

Sky Dine, Colorado, a rapidly growing restaurant new to the Eagle County Regional Airport, is looking for a motivated and reliable cook to join our kitchen team! What You’ll Do

As a cook, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and measuring
• Following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
• Labeling and stocking ingredients in proper storage areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen tools
• Basic cooking tasks
• Monitoring food freshness and discarding expired items
• Complying with food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare and cook delicious meals according to our recipes and standards
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety always
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with the team to provide excellent service to our guests
