Sky Dine, Inc. is hiring a Prep Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen at Hector International Airport in Fargo, ND. The role focuses on ingredient prep, following recipes, and maintaining station cleanliness in a team-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, adaptable, and able to work weekend mornings. Part-time schedule with morning shifts and weekend availability preferred. Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding airport dining program.

Responsibilities

• Preparing ingredients: washing, peeling, chopping, slicing, and measuring
• Following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
• Labeling and stocking ingredients in proper storage areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of prep stations and kitchen tools
• Assisting cooks with basic cooking tasks
• Monitoring food freshness and discarding expired items
• Complying with food safety and sanitation standards
• Supporting kitchen operations during busy service hours
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
