Position Summary

As a Cook, you will prepare and serve our guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following our safety and quality protocols.

Job Functions

1. Prepare food that highlights our passion for quality ingredients.
2. Follow approved recipes, proper portioning, and use food prep logs/tools to prepare food according to specifications.
3. Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times and ensure proper time & temperature control.
4. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries or practices.
5. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
6. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
7. Be a cooperative team player, maintaining respectful relationships with management and colleagues.
8. Assist in inventory control.
9. Monitor product quality and take appropriate actions to maintain standards.
10. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
11. Regularly clean the kitchen, grill, restrooms, and equipment, and assist in overall restaurant cleanliness.
12. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
13. Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
