Job summary

Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in Goshen, IN seeks a Cook to join our Food Service team. Provide quality meals for clients, staff, and visitors, following standard recipes and menu requirements. Prepare breakfast and lunch daily, cater events as needed, and maintain inventory during meal service periods.

Some weekend shifts are required. High school diploma or equivalent and two years of health or institutional food service experience are required; a valid driver's license is also needed to perform

• Maintain adequate inventory of specified food groups and supplies throughout meals service periods.
• May direct or delegate to other food service employees, in absence of supervisor, to help ensure meals are served in a timely fashion.

What You’ll Do in the Cook position:
