Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc in Fairfield, Connecticut is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve meals that bring residents together. You will be responsible for ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation meet our standards, while also following dietary modifications and safety regulations.

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
