Job summary

Q Casino + Resort is seeking a cook to provide quality food production for menu items and specials in a high-volume kitchen. You will read and follow recipes, prepare proper quantities, and maintain food safety and sanitation as part of a comprehensive production plan.

Responsibilities include reading banquet event orders, rotating perishables, and collaborating with F&B staff to ensure consistent quality across services, including banquets and daily service.
