Excelcare is seeking a reliable Dietary Cook to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. You will prepare nutritious meals, follow dietary restrictions, and ensure safety and quality in a welcoming setting.

You will work as part of a dietary team to deliver meals on schedule, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support residents’ daily living through nourishing, well-balanced menus.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary restrictions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
