Job summary

Mountain Valley Nursing in Deer Lodge, MT seeks a dedicated Cook to lead food preparation in our dining facilities, ensuring meals meet posted menus and safety standards. You will work with the dietary team to deliver high-quality, timely meals in a skilled nursing setting.

Mountain Valley Nursing in Deer Lodge is currently searching for a talented Cook to join our team! Our facilities deliver outstanding care as well as foster strong employee bonds. We offer short-term to long-term care and a variety of living options and professional clinical services. The Cook is a vital team member who will serve as a leader in the kitchen, and work closely alongside the dietary director, dietary assistant, dietary aides, and cooks to guide all food functions implementing current federal state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern skilled nursing facilities, long term care and assisted facilities.

Cook Responsibilities
