Job summary

Eagle-Ridge-of-Decatu is seeking a compassionate Dietary Services professional to manage diverse menus that meet various dietary needs. You will ensure high-quality meals, safe food handling, and clean dining spaces, while delivering care with love and dignity.

As a key member of our team, you’ll engage residents warmly, participate in ongoing training, and support safety, sanitation, and compliance through ServSafe standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School graduate or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a diverse menu that accommodates dietary preferences and restrictions.
• Maintain high-quality dietary services with safety and sanitation compliance.
• Maintain food service areas including kitchen and dining areas.
• Engage with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner reflecting love and dignity.
• Participate in training and staff meetings and other learning experiences.
