Job summary

Soca Food Inc. in Dayton, OH is hiring cooks to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced Caribbean eatery located in West Dayton. Here, we provide service with a smile while making some of the best Caribbean cuisine in Ohio. Soca offers a clean, safe, and open industrial space. It is conveniently located and a great place to work. The pace is fast, the work is fun, and the people are nice. We are always looking for cooks, cashiers, and cleaning staff. Experience is great, but attitude is always the most important quality.

Pay: $10.00 - $10.50 per hour, plus tips

Supplemental Pay

Tips - Normally range between an additional $3.00 to $6.00 hourly

Responsibilities

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work on your feet.
• Fast-paced movements are required to go from one part of the kitchen and storage areas to others.
• Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.
• Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.

To qualify, candidates must:

• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
• Complete the hiring process (including training) and be lawfully able to work in the United States.
