Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is seeking a Cook to prepare meals that meet standardized recipes and menus while ensuring quality, taste, and presentation. You will maintain a safe, clean kitchen and follow all safety regulations.

You will follow dietary modifications, record production quantities and temperatures, stock and rotate food, and support dishwashing and dining service. Leadership in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator is expected.

• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
